About The Role

Were seeking a Senior QA / Metrology Engineer to own precision measurement, inspection, and validation across advanced robotic, electromechanical, and automated systems. Youll run CMMs, profilometers, optical systems, electrical testers, and custom fixtures to verify component accuracy and system performance. This role is deeply hands?on defining measurement protocols, ensuring calibration integrity, and building the quality infrastructure needed for high?throughput, high?precision engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Perform precision measurement and inspection using CMMs, optical systems, profilometers, electrical testers, and custom metrology setups.
  • Develop measurement protocols, QA procedures, and verification routines for parts, assemblies, and automated workflows.
  • Maintain calibration infrastructure, measurement traceability, and quality documentation for critical hardware.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, robotics, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to diagnose issues and improve system performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with precision metrology CMM operation, GD&T, optical/laser measurement, or high?accuracy inspection tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design measurement routines and interpret results across mechanical and electromechanical systems.
  • Hands?on debugging instincts and comfort working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Detail?oriented, rigorous approach to quality, calibration, documentation, and repeatability in fast?moving environments.
