About the Role:
As a Learning Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our talent development programs. Your mission will be to design and implement advanced, technology-driven learning solutions that cater to our global workforce. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement creative, technology-driven solutions for talent development that meet the diverse needs of a large global organization.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to craft engaging, inclusive digital learning experiences.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (including AI and data science) to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of our learning programs.
- Create interactive learning assets such as e-learning modules, videos, and structured learning pathways while ensuring they meet accessibility standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and practical support on all aspects of learning technology to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into CBRE's learning initiatives.
- Oversee the management and continuous enhancement of our learning technology ecosystem and vendor relationships.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning solutions, ensuring they are accessible and impactful for our global teams.
Qualifications:
- Atrack record of successfully deploying digital learning solutions, utilizing AI and automation to improve program effectiveness.
- Experience in designing and implementing digital learning initiatives in complex global organizations.

- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language for various audiences.

- Advanced proficiency with digital learning tools and familiarity with learning management systems and analytics platforms.
