Job Description:

We Are Seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Cloud Architect to support the design, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of D365 F&O modules. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring system stability, security, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design, configure, and customize D365 Finance and Operations modules based on business needs
• Partner with developers to provide guidance and resolve daily technical issues with quick turnaround
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms
• Continuously optimize and enhance D365 F&O functionality and performance
• Ensure adherence to D365 F&O implementation standards and best practices
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and regression testing during upgrades and enhancements
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users and internal teams
• Document system processes, configurations, and customizations for compliance and knowledge sharing

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance and Supply Chain modules, including:

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Credit and Collections

o Trade Agreements

o Cost Management

o General Ledger

o Inventory Management

o Product Information Management

o Sales & Marketing

o Master Planning
• Proficiency in X++, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Experience with system integrations using APIs, OData, middleware tools, and Data Lake integration
• Strong understanding of:

o Business Process Analysis

o SQL

o Batch Processing

o Data Management Framework (DMF)

o Extensions and customization architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working on Liquor Control projects (e.g., controlled state regulatory systems)
• Certifications:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) preferred (please list on resume)
