Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Support clients across Hawaii through video-based therapy. You'll help people navigate stress, mood concerns, and life changes while working from your own space.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth assessments and gather clinical history
- Provide regular therapy sessions through secure video
- Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR
- Participate in remote clinical discussions and trainings
- Offer suggestions that help refine virtual care and processes
- Active Hawaii license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
- Clinical experience in individual therapy
- Comfortable using digital tools for sessions and records
- 2 weeks PTO
