We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help create, coordinate, and optimize content programs designed for a specific marketing persona and audience. This role is ideal for an impactful communicator who enjoys turning ideas into execution, keeping programs organized, and using performance data to continuously improve results.You'll work closely with product marketing, content, and demand teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and reaching the right audience through the right channels.

We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. We unify partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive strategy designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

Content creation & coordination

  • Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts and landing pages, and help coordinate additional iterative content needs as required.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep content programs on track and delivered on time.

Persona-focused execution

  • Execute content aligned to the marketing persona and target audience.

  • Ensure messaging reflects audience needs, pain points, and use cases as outlined by product and marketing leadership.

Content performance & optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance across channels.

  • Identify trends and insights, and suggest optimizations to improve performance and relevance.

Creative ideation

  • Contribute creative ideas for content formats, themes, and channels that will resonate with the target audience.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform new content ideas.

Program management

  • Highly organized and detail-driven

  • Help manage editorial calendars and campaign timelines.

  • Keep content programs organized, moving forward, and aligned with broader marketing goals.

  • Experience or a background in project or program management to ensure complex programs are delivered efficiently.

What we're looking for

  • ~2 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related role

  • Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity and tone

  • Have the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a sense of urgency

  • Comfort working with content performance data and making optimization recommendations

  • Have a creative mindset paired with excellent organizational skills

  • Familiarity with and interest in utilizing AI tools for content creation, optimization, and idea generation.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$65,400.00

Maximum:

$158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
