Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Neonatologist to join our prestigious Level IV NICU team.
You will provide expert care to critically ill neonates in a Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 55 patients and approximately 1,400 admissions annually.
You will collaborate closely with Client-Fetal Medicine physicians, Obstetric Hospitalists, and a wide array of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists.
You will participate in advanced neonatal services such as maternal and neonatal transport, whole-body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy.
You will engage actively in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
You will contribute to and benefit from an academic environment with integrated residency and fellowship programs.
You will support and foster a family-like, collaborative, and supportive work culture focused on impactful patient care and professional development.
This position requires residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be required.
Weekend coverage is likely required.
