Base pay range

$62.00/hr - $77.00/hr

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Systems Analyst position This is a 6+ month contract opportunity based in Wilmington, DE and is open to local and remote candidates. Candidates who can work a hybrid schedule in Wilmington preferred. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and lead basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development tasks.
• Act as a key contributor on complex technical projects with minimal supervision.
• Direct and mentor less experienced resources, coordinating development efforts across varying project scopes.
• Prepare and manage technical components of project plans.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams throughout all phases of the system development lifecycle.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, including debugging and issue resolution.
• Analyze complex program interrelationships, interfacing applications, and platforms.
• Provide strategic consulting on technology use to meet business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and functional specifications and maintain thorough system documentation.
• Conduct task and effort estimations for project scopes of all sizes.
• Support application operations and recommend improvements or new technologies as needed.
• Promote adherence to development standards and procedures.
• Understand supported business units, including their operations and strategic direction.
• Ensure compliance with company risk and regulatory policies.
• Participate in technical evaluations, due diligence, and cost/benefit analysis projects.
• Support internal control standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Associate's degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 7+ years combined education and work experience with at least 5 years in analysis/development.
• Proficiency with .Net Core/.Net Framework, Angular, SQL, and Azure.
• Familiarity with application development tools and platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience bridging communication between applications teams and business units.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement technology solutions.
• Experience driving project milestones and delivering on deadlines.

Pay Range: $62-$77/hr +
