Sr Product Management - Digital Health (REMOTE)

What You'll Do:
  • Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of services and solutions that streamline clinical operations and enhance care delivery.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with clinical systems and alignment with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, clinical, regulatory, and compliance-to deliver robust, user-centered digital health products.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative technologies that support clinicians, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and track objectives for digital health initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable impact.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, communicating key insights and advocating for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data and clinical insights to evaluate new product concepts and maximize value for both providers and patients.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a scientific, business, technical, or healthcare-related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital health, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven success building and launching solutions that support clinical operations or patient care.
  • Experience with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and clinical best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
