Program Management:

  • Responsible to lead the execution of a large BI program with multiple workstreams for our Clients Business Analytics and Data Services delivery organization.
  • First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM). Second level would be a plus.
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team, leading the Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
  • Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Technical Skills:
  • Should have prior development experience in Data and Analytics, to understand programming terminologies and drive the team technically as well.
  • Data Engineering skills in Google Cloud Platform- Big Query, Pub/Sub, Composer, Dataflow)
  • Analytics skills in Tableau, PowerBI, SAP BO
  • Expert in Advanced configurations in JIRA setting up Scrum Board, custom components, various charts and reports, Git integration
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large Turnkey Cloud Data Migration program with a fixed deadline, involving multiple workstreams, different competing priorities and different business stakeholders
  • Lead scrum ceremonies daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog grooming
  • Lead Scrum of Scrum meetings involving multiple Scrum teams.
  • JIRA configuration and management.
  • Manage user stories in JIRA
  • Prepare various reports for senior leadership weekly program status, portfolio dashboard, burndown charts, sprint report etc.
  • Resource management - Plan and execute resource ramp up/ramp down to stay within the fixed cost. Manage coaching/mentoring. Performance monitoring.
  • Cost management - Plan and monitor the project
  • Track scope and schedule variances and execute chan ge management process for additional scope/ schedule
  • Risk Management Document potential risks and mitigate it before it becomes an issue.
  • Daily coordination with offshore delivery team.
