Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships to attract new clients through various channels (face-to-face meetings, virtual outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and speaking events).
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to foster trust and design personalized financial strategies.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring a high-quality, seamless client experience that adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust business plans, enhancing overall branch effectiveness.
- Foster a positive branch environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
- Experience in financial services or sales.
- Possession of financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
- Demonstrated career progression through professional or military experience.
Licensing Requirements:
- Obtain SIE (available without firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66; these registrations may be pursued with Edward Jones during the paid study period.
- Achieve FINRA registrations within three months; state insurance licenses will also be essential.
- Complete ongoing training mandated by the firm and regulatory authorities, including required continuing education to maintain the validity of licenses.
