Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as eating, grooming, and hygiene
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents’ health and safety
  • Assist in the transportation and mobility of residents as needed
  • Record and report vital signs and communicate changes in status to the nursing team
  • Adhere to care plans and comply with all relevant policies and regulations
  • Engage residents in ways that foster trust and a sense of security
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff, residents, and families
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
  • Knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for interactions with residents, families, and medical professionals
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
