Details:
We offer multiple schedule options to support work-life balance while ensuring strong coverage for our team and individuals served. Candidates must be able to commit to one of the following:

Late-Evening to Night Shifts (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
  • Sunday-Thursday, with the late-night shift occurring on Sunday or Monday OR
  • Tuesday-Saturday, with the late-night shift occurring on Saturday
Position Description

Join our dedicated team as a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor I and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day by providing counseling, creating treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Provide group and individual counseling for individuals with substance use disorders
  • Contribute to treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Collect and analyze service data to support program success
  • Assist with reporting for contracts, grants, and accreditation requirements
  • Prepare individuals for discharge, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care
What We're Looking For

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or High School diploma with related experience ( Required )
Experience
  • Background in providing substance use disorder counseling ( Preferred )
Licenses/Certifications
  • Eligible for licensure/certification as required by the state ( Required)
  • Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required )
