As a Retail Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in representing our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring fans find and enjoy the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom expertise, restock products, and help create a visually captivating store environment, all while prioritizing the in-store experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Deliver an incredible shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain the sales floor by ensuring assigned areas meet visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate the cash register, utilizing your fandom expertise to process transactions and boost add-on sales through options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with store layout adjustments, including flooring, fixtures, and merchandising displays.
  • Share your insights Communicate fashion trends and product feedback to management and headquarters partners.
  • Work closely with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Help maintain our store's organization by keeping the stock room tidy and ensuring the sales floor is clean.
  • Embrace teamwork Collaborate openly with your coworkers to achieve store goals.
  • Participate in additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Prior experience in a retail setting. If you're passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, you belong here
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to join our team.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $16.50 - $17 per hour.

Please note that the starting pay range for this position is listed above, but factors such as education, location, job qualifications, training, and experience will influence the final salary for potential new hires.
