Join Our Team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our valued customers. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, your role will focus on delivering fast and efficient service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, assist them with products and services, and operate cash registers efficiently.
- Provide friendly, swift service while following point of sale and customer service procedures.
- Achieve individual targets related to credit and loyalty sign-ups.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy by completing necessary point of sale and merchandise procedures accurately.
- Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Participate in daily operational tasks, including register balancing and supply replenishment.
All associates are expected to:
- Act with integrity and foster teamwork in a friendly, inclusive environment.
- Make sound decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Receive directions from supervisors and respond proactively.
- Take on various tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills:
Required:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail or customer-facing service roles.
Compensation: Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.
