CT Scan Technologist | Imaging | GMC, CT

Overview
• Facility Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center
• Unit/Department: Imaging
• Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Weekends: No | Call: No

Requirements
• License: ARRT - CT
• Certs: BLS
• Experience: 2 years
• EMR: Not specified
• Compliance: Must work 1 major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)
• Locals: No local candidates within 50 miles
• RTO Policy: Not specified

Responsibilities
• Operate computerized tomography equipment to produce images of designated portions of the human body for patients of all ages, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
• Perform trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained during procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information and imaging procedures accurately.
• Provide patient education regarding imaging processes and prepare patients for procedures.
