Position Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our SEO and Paid Advertising Account Managers in delivering high-quality monthly marketing work for client accounts. This role is hands-on and task-oriented, ideal for someone eager to strengthen their digital marketing skills while contributing to a collaborative team structure.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you won't serve as the primary client contact but will play a critical role in completing recurring deliverables, campaign optimizations, and performance reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in SEO, PPC, and broader digital marketing while learning from experienced Account Managers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Account Managers by executing monthly deliverables across assigned accounts.
- Assist in implementing campaign deliverable tasks such as on-page updates, metadata, content formatting, keyword research, and technical audits.
- Assist account management by supporting ad creation, keyword builds, negative keyword lists, bid adjustments, and reporting.
- Prepare, QA, and update Looker Studio dashboards and client reports with accurate data.
- Monitor campaign performance in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and SEO platforms like SEMrush and Search Console.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for improvements or optimizations.
- Support the creation and scheduling of GBP posts, blog drafts, or social content when applicable.
- Track time in Teamwork and stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, especially evolving SEO and PPC best practices, and responsibly apply AI tools to improve workflows.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Possess working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword research, technical basics).
- Possess working knowledge of paid advertising across PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and are interested in growing expertise.
- Are comfortable with GA4, GTM, Google Looker Studio, and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog).
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple accounts.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates.
- Are detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools, workflows, and strategies.
- Thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with WordPress or content management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, HTML, or schema markup.
- Experience creating or scheduling GBP posts, blogs, or social media content.
- Interest in AI-powered search and tools like ChatGPT for research, content drafts, and analysis.
This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible work environment and a supportive, team-first culture. We provide the tools, training, and mentorship to help you grow your skills and career.
