Position Summary

Image Solutions is hiring an Embroidery Operator for our 2nd Shift for our West Chester, OH location.
Shift time is 4:00pm - 12:30am Monday-Friday.

Pay range: $19-23 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Warehousing
  • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions and processes consistently
  • Good attendance record and flexibility to work overtime if required
  • Ability to work independently and with others on a team
  • Must be organized and possess attention to detail
  • Communicate well with others
  • Possess a healthy sense of urgency
  • Proactive in process change and issue resolution
  • 2-5 years experience - Please do not apply if you do not have this
Responsibilities
  • Ability to operate ZSK Embroidery Machines
  • Stitch Company Logos, Personalization, and Custom Graphics into various garments
  • Capability of following printed embroidery instructions
  • Maintain a high level of accountability for accuracy and quality for each product stitched
  • Ability to maintain efficiency standards set for the department
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Maintain supplies at designated workstations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work in accordance with all safety regulations within the facility
