- Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology
- Documentation System/EMR: AthenaHealth
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric
- Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
- Required Surgical Procedures: Incision & Drainage (I&D), Suturing of Minor Lacerations
- Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams
- $155 - $170 per Hour
- (Mileage reimbursement included)
- Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required
- Local providers only (mileage will be reimbursed) - Required
- NJ license in hand - Required
- Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency - Required
- Clean background - Highly preferred
- BLS certification - Required
- AthenaHealth experience - Highly preferred
- Recent outpatient experience in NJ - Highly preferred
- Credentialed with BCBS - Required
