Trainer Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons.
• Schedule sessions to accommodate both your and the clients’ availability.
• Travel safely to clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create tailored lesson plans based on each player’s abilities and objectives.
• Evaluate players’ skills, track their progress, and adjust lessons accordingly.
• Provide a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding player progress.
