Job Description

As a Senior Principal Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior Sales Consultants, focusing on complex sales opportunities that require innovative and tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for creating productivity tools and providing training for other Sales Consultants, as well as delivering compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the technical sales process and advising clients on comprehensive architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Oracle's Implementation Methodology to all engagements.

  • Facilitate business process workshops, guiding clients through the impacts of adopting Oracle Fusion solutions.

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions to assist clients in defining their processes.

  • Collaborate with Account Management and related teams to craft comprehensive account strategies for customers.

  • Maintain close relationships with key customer contacts throughout their lifecycle.

  • Strengthen Oracle's partnership with customers by facilitating relationships across various teams, departments, and brands.

  • Provide regular visibility to account progress at an executive level, aligning with customers' business objectives and metrics for success.

  • Conduct business reviews and success planning sessions with senior executives and key stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-pillar activities to ensure significant customer achievements such as upgrades and new releases are effectively handled.

  • Work with Technical Account Managers to understand and align with customers' cloud strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership in customer organizations, both technically and commercially.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships, sharing insights on industry trends, best practices, and the product roadmap.

  • Drive enablement initiatives for various Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Engage with regional product sales leaders through regular business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Tier 1 Consulting or IT companies is preferred.

  • B.A or B.S or equivalent experience is required; MBA or similar is a plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology.

  • Proven experience in systems implementation along with consultative and advisory roles in Oracle's products.

  • Familiarity with various technical architectures and operating systems, including web-based applications and RDBMS.

  • Experience with OCI/IaaS/PaaS/SaaS is beneficial.

  • Project Management certification or extensive experience across global organizations is advantageous.

  • Industry experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at the executive level.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles involving cloud technology and senior stakeholder collaboration.

  • Knowledge of SaaS & PaaS services preferred.

  • A track record of handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to establish lasting customer relationships with limited resources.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

This position provides a competitive salary range of $108,500 to $199,500 per annum along with a comprehensive benefits package.
