Here’s What We’re Looking For: HVAC Service Tech (you know your stuff). Someone who cares about the customer — not just rushing to the next call. Comfortable educating customers and offering solutions (Club Memberships, IAQ, system upgrades). Can set leads for big jobs — or close them yourself if you’re that good. Reliable, motivated, and ready to work in a winning culture.
