Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership Development
    • Identify, cultivate, and close partnerships with chain and independent pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets with pharmacies, public health agencies, municipalities, universities, and digital health companies.
    • Expand market share by forging strong relationships with key decision-makers across these verticals.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan that maximizes brand visibility and revenue growth.
    • Drive lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Trade Show Representation
    • Represent the company at major industry conferences and trade shows, showcasing our state-of-the-art at-home testing services.
    • Network with potential partners, gather market insights, and foster new business opportunities.
  4. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
    • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
  5. Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and flawless customer experiences.
    • Lay the foundation for a future sales organization; recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team as the company scales.

  • Experience: MUST HAVE Minimum 2+ years' proven success in healthcare, diagnostics, or similar industries with established relationships in pharmacies, retail, public health, higher education, or digital health sectors.
