We're looking for an OSP Construction Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX If you're passionate about telecom outside plant engineering and construction, enjoy managing projects, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you This is a full-time, in-office role with a Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours/week).
Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits.

Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve project issues.

Assign tasks to construction crews, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
-
Review construction packages, permits, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
-
Prepare detailed work prints, create job cost estimates, and develop bills of materials.
-
Perform field reviews and post-construction inspections to verify project standards.
-
Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned projects.
-
Keep our project management system updated weekly.
-
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the month.
-
Collaborate with management to support market operations.
Qualifications:

Solid understanding of outside plant engineering and construction.
-
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Knowledge of construction safety standards.
