Salary and Benefits
- Competitive compensation package, with potential earnings over $300,000
- Base salary with performance-based bonuses
- Health Insurance - $19 per pay period

- Paid Time Off - 18 Days in the First Year

- Life Insurance - 2x annual salary

- Malpractice Insurance, including tail coverage
- Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals
- Average of 10-12 patient visits per day
- Provide care in a newly built, state-of-the-art clinic
- Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
- 100% outpatient care
- Call schedule: Based on the number of physicians in the market (e.g., 1:20 for 20 physicians)
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Residents welcome to apply
- Proficiency in in-office medical procedures, including:
- Suturing for minor wound closures
- Joint injections for pain management
- Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes
- Comprehensive wound care
- Experience with preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs
- Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
