We're assisting a well-funded, fast-growing startup with their search for DevOps Engineers. Their product enables health systems to optimize how they schedule and deploy nursing staff to align with real-time patient demand. This role will work onsite in their SF office, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain infrastructure, deployment processes, and security systems.
  • This role has a 70/30 split between DevOps responsibilities and backend development, working closely with the engineering team to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure operations.
  • Take ownership of the infrastructure and deployment pipeline, implementing best practices that will support hundreds of thousands of users across enterprise health systems.
What you'll bring:
  • 5 - 8 years of experience Devops (AWS) + backend (TS + Nodejs).
  • Experience at an early stage startup (seed-Series A).
  • Strong proficiency in Github CI/CD, deployment pipelines, AWS, Postgres (we use Supabase), Auth systems (JWT, SSO/SAML), and Redis.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Node.js (or Bun/Deno).

Nice to haves:
  • Experience with Bun and/or sync engines (ex. Zero/Replicache)
  • Experience in the devops side building for larger, b2b companies (Series A through larger startups).
