Summary:

The Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Tech. Utilizes technical skills as a first line direct patient care provider and is integral member of the intraoperative surgical team. Ensures compliance with all BASC policies and procedures. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each surgeon's specific needs and provides as needed.

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Graduate of an accredited OR Technician program, with at least two (2) years O.R. experience.

CST Certification is Required.

Experience in ophthalmology a plus

Must be highly motivated with leadership and strong surgical skills. Good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills required. Shows initiative and possesses good problem solving skills.
