Part Time School Bus Dispatcher (Special Needs Transportation)

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven School Bus Dispatcher to join our expanding special-needs transportation team. This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service for the students and families we support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want room to grow-this is your place.

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers for home to school, career and tech shuttles and charter work
• Communicate with drivers and bus monitors via two way radio
• Support management in preparing and maintaining daily schedules, accurate billing and operational data
• Assist supervisors, families, districts and staff with timely information and issue resolution
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• preferred transportation or dispatch experience

Additional Requirements:
• Must become aCertified Bus Monitor within 30 days
• Must obtain aCDL within the first year

Part time (25-30 hours a week), morning position

Hourly rate: $18.00-$22.00
