Description - Your Role Awaits
- Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests across disciplines-such as chemistry and hematology-while following established protocols.
- Ensure results are precise, troubleshoot discrepancies, and tend to regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Provide assistance in specimen collection and prepare samples for subsequent analyses.
- Document procedures meticulously, train upcoming staff or interns, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.
- ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining.
- Maintain your certification in good standing throughout your career here.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare providers effectively.
