As an Associate Clinical Director, you will have a vital role in shaping the success of our healthcare centers. You will supervise, train, and manage Clinical Directors while ensuring quality clinical outcomes and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee performance management of Clinical Directors in your market, ensuring high clinical outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Develop and mentor a dedicated team of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors to excel in patient care.
  • Drive clinical initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and nurture a culture aligned with ChenMed’s core values.
  • Participate in leadership development, recruitment, and talent management for clinical positions.
  • Strengthen community relationships with payers and specialists to enhance patient care.
  • Monitor market culture, responding to concerns effectively.
  • Engage in direct patient care as needed, contributing to overall clinical goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MD or DO in a relevant medical field (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Experience in managed care delivery and a clear understanding of clinical outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring skills, and the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally, up to 30% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:
