As a Recovery and Flexibility Expert, you'll inspire our members to enhance their movement, performance, and recovery through tailored stretch, mobility, and recovery sessions within a vibrant and supportive environment. Your blend of fitness and recovery expertise, alongside the resources at our club, will help members prevent injuries, alleviate soreness, enhance flexibility, and boost their overall performance. What You'll Do:
- Provide an exceptional fitness experience for every member on each visit
- Facilitate new-member orientations, pre-exercise assessments, and personalized goal setting
- Conduct safe and individualized training sessions while tracking client progression
- Develop and sustain a personal client base (minimum 12 hours/week) and meet appointment targets
- Engage with and convert leads during operational hours, events, and introductory programs
- Manage your schedule effectively, submit monthly training forecasts, and coordinate substitutes as required
- Complete all necessary training, adhere to club protocols, and maintain flexible working hours
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
- Capability to motivate, support, and quickly build rapport with members
- Proven experience in sales and lead conversion
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented mindset
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
- A quick learner able to implement new knowledge and coaching strategies
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Personal Trainer Certification
- CPR and AED Certification
- Dedication to continuous professional growth and education
- Physical capability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience
