Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio (44124) - Greater Cleveland area
• Unit: Cardiovascular ICU (CSICU)
• Contract Type: Travel nursing contract
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/5/2025 - End: 3/6/2026)
• Shifts: Rotating Day & Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30 & 19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: W2
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1610

ICU Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Critical Care/ICU nursing prior to travel assignments
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state license
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)

Critical Care Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs in a critical care hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital standards
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education to maintain nursing competencies
