About: This company is building the AI-native operating system for supply chain enterprises - evolving manual work into autonomous operations that deliver resilience, speed, and growth. Acting as a central brain, the platform maps organizations, anticipates risks before they materialize, and acts in real time with an AI workforce. The team partners closely with enterprises to ensure AI initiatives succeed and the transformation to autonomous operations becomes reality.

You're a great fit if:
  • You have 3-6 years of experience, ideally starting in consulting and moving into a high-growth or start-up operating environment.
  • You're hungry, scrappy, and process-oriented - energized by diving into details to build scalable systems.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and love solving operational challenges.
  • You bring structure, clarity, and speed to cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and build scalable, repeatable processes across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Operational Execution: Lead and execute cross-functional projects that improve how we work and deliver value.
  • Systems & Tools: Evaluate, implement, and manage internal tools to improve team collaboration and productivity.
  • Planning & Reporting: Support company planning cycles, track OKRs, and ensure teams stay aligned and accountable.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Develop playbooks, internal documentation, and training materials to drive operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the connective tissue across teams - ensure information flows smoothly and blockers are quickly removed.
