What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly at the kiosk and create a welcoming experience
- Guide customers through our wash packages and membership options
- Promote memberships and upgrades (and get paid commissions for each)
- Keep the flow moving smoothly and make sure every customer leaves happy
- Work closely with your team to maintain a positive, supportive environment
- Welcome customers at the kiosk with confidence and kindness
- Guide guests through wash packages & memberships
- Earn commission on every membership sign-up
- Keep the experience smooth, friendly, and efficient
- Work with a supportive, upbeat team
- $15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days ($20/hr start)
- After 90 days: trained CSRs typically earn well above $5/hr in commission
- Commission available to all employees
