Customer Development Representative - Door-to-door

As a Customer Development Representative, you will:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in Acorn stairlifts.
  • Leave door hangers at pre-designated addresses provided by the National Sales Manager.
  • Engage with customers to answer questions regarding funding, pricing, features, and other inquiries about our stairlift solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information, follow-up notes, and appointment details in the company database.
  • Set new appointments for our field representatives by overcoming customer objections and effectively communicating product value.
  • Contribute to individual and team efforts to meet or exceed established business targets.
  • Provide reports, documentation, and feedback to Sales and Operations Managers to enhance future customer engagement strategies.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures while reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Use company-provided materials and equipment responsibly and appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the organization's ongoing objectives.

The right candidate will have the following skills:
  • At least one year of door - to - door sales
  • Valid Driver's License
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Technology confident using: tablet, apps, cell phone
  • Road warrior who loves to drive
