We're Mad Dash LLC, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), looking for dedicated and reliable delivery drivers to join our team. If you are hardworking, love to stay active, and take pride in showing up on time every day, we want you on our team.

Benefits & Scheduling:
  • Competitive Pay: $21.50/hour, paid weekly
  • Health benefits available after 30 days (medical, dental, and vision)
  • 401(k) matching and paid time off (PTO)
  • Typical shifts are 8-10 hours, 4-5 days per week
  • At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required (Sunday availability preferred)
  • Encouraged: Paid 15-minute breaks and unpaid 30-minute meal break
  • Company vehicle, fuel, and uniform provided
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Amazon packages safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
  • Work in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Use a smartphone for navigation and package scanning
  • Support team members with occasional rescue routes when needed
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and 4-panel drug screening (excludes marijuana)
  • Clean driving record (no major violations)
  • Strong communication skills in English
