Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Windchill Developer/Architect who can drive end-to-end solution delivery, lead technical activities, and independently develop and implement high-quality Windchill solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to take complete ownership of complex development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Windchill solution design, customization, and configuration efforts
  • Drive end-to-end development activities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and implement best practices
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Develop, test, and demo solutions as required
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill development and delivery
  • Strong expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and solution design
  • Proven ability to work independently, own complex tasks, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and demo end-to-end Windchill features
