Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to join our culinary team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and utensils. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining a smooth operation in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies.
- Efficiently remove trash and recycling to support a tidy environment.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from kitchen staff to facilitate service.
- Work closely with cooks and servers to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Learn and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with finance to manage billing and documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Provide timely feedback and resolve issues as they arise.
- Submit regular activity reports to track progress and tasks.
- Exhibit dynamic project management and collaboration skills.
- Be mindful of schedules and committed to delivering all tasks on time.
