Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business case analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering for a large state healthcare IT project.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and business process modeling (current/future state)
  • Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Create BPM workflows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and gap analysis
  • Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation
  • Support UAT, integration testing, and system go-live activities
  • Collaborate with PMs, Product Owners, developers, and end users
  • Assist with procurement documentation (RFPs) as needed
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience with process modeling, SDLC, and BA methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office/Visio
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
  • Experience working with State Government
  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Salesforce platform knowledge or Salesforce BA certification.
