Responsibilities
- Draft, issue, and track offer letters and related documentation.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment testing.
- Represent the company at college and career fairs, engage with candidates, and support follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and hard copy, in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Support volunteer programs, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition events by coordinating logistics and communications.
- Respond to candidate inquiries regarding the applicant process, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information at all times.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems required; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices; familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and provide excellent service to candidates, employees, and managers.
