IT product owner & BA role for Zammo Chatbot, Services applications
Work with business on requirements, user stories, defect on solutioning and roadmap planning
Create functional design document
Work and approve with development team on technical design
Work and approve with QA on test scripts
Drive application stability and performance
Cover AMS timzone business production escalation, MI
High tech industry experience is a plus
ERP background on product/services with Contract/Quote/Order process flow IT experience.
