At SERVE Hospitality Group, a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, we are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Leader to manage daily operations and support our team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth service, quality food and smoothie preparation, and excellent customer experiences.

- Supervise and support crew members during your shift
- Prepare smoothies and food items according to our recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Help train and guide crew members to perform their best

- Quick-Service Experience: Preferred but not necessary - we provide thorough training

- High School Degree: Preferred, but your dedication is what matters most
- Continuous Activity: Be prepared for standing and walking throughout shifts
- Effective Training Abilities: If you're passionate about coaching and guiding others, you'll thrive in our supportive environment

- Minimum Age Requirement: 14 years old and above
