We are urgently hiring a motivated Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our growing multidisciplinary medical group. Our clinic is situated 20 miles north of Austin and is known for its commitment to providing high-quality care and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
As a Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and welcoming environment, offering care and support to a diverse range of patients. The ideal candidate will be personable, patient-focused, and experienced in joint injections and orthopedics, with a desire to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
About Us:
Our clinic features a collaborative team of Doctors, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and supportive staff, all dedicated to providing personalized care. We believe in the importance of listening to our patients and working together to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient exams, including history and physical evaluation.
- Order and assess diagnostic imaging to inform treatment decisions.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer treatments, including injections and other therapeutic interventions.
- Order laboratory tests and interpret results for informed patient care.
- Provide referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain timely and precise documentation of patient interactions.
- Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, and care instructions.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Possess a valid Physician Assistant license in Texas.
- Experience in a Pain Management setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
Schedule:
- Work 4-5 days a week.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $120k to $130k.
- Bonus structure to reward performance.
