Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently multitask and adjust to the evolving demands of the role, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing ease, empathy, and encouragement, aiming for results that align with individual and branch goals.
  • Build and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other departments through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
  • Bring a high level of passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand their loans, terms, and available options.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
  • Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Location: On site

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work as needed.
