POSITION OVERVIEW
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the organization's daily cash flow, forecasting liquidity needs, optimizing banking relationships, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role ensures efficient use of financial resources, compliance with internal controls, and supports investment and risk management activities.
This position requires onsite work in Holland, MI. It is not open to hybrid or remote work at this time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Manage intercompany funding and cash pooling arrangements.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners including international banking partners.
- Support bank account administration and documentation.
- Execute wire transfers and ensure accuracy of banking transactions.
- Analyze treasury metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of treasury accounts.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to treasury.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposures and support hedging strategies.
- Assist in managing interest rate and liquidity risks.
- Ensure compliance with international treasury regulations, including KYC, FATCA, and local banking laws.
- Support implementation and optimization of treasury management systems (TMS).
- Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Problem solving - Defining a problem, determining the cause, identifying, prioritizing and selecting alternatives for a solution, and implementing a solution.
- Maintaining a high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and cash forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and TMS is a plus.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification.
- Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
- Familiarity with FX, derivatives, and investment vehicles.
