Associate Veterinarian Part Time Powell Veterinary Center- Westmoreland   About You A dedicated veterinarian who wants to uphold high standards of medical excellence and join a collaborative team environment with a passion for patient care, client communication, and a strong ambition to grow.   You’ll get to know the family and care for the pet year after year. We strive to provide most services for our pets in-house, and we are well-equipped with the tools you need to perform all your professional tasks efficiently. We are a team of tenured and experienced doctors.    We are open to veterinarians who want to bring new skills to the table and are also willing to foster new skills. We support our veterinarians to learn and use advanced skills in their areas of interest.  We provide advanced soft tissue surgeries, dentistry, limited orthopedics (amputations, FHO, ex-cap, etc.), in-house ultrasound, laser therapy, and more. • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
