We have a need for a Network Monitoring Engineer

Type: Hybrid
  • Work Location: Seattle SSC or Vancouver SSC
  • Focus: Network Monitoring tools: Solarwinds, Splunk, Datadog
  • Experience Requirements:

Splunk:

Monitoring and Analysis:
• Monitor network and system performance using Splunk tools.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues and network bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability and availability.

Troubleshooting:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk tools and related infrastructure.
• Provide support for network and system issues detected by Splunk.

Datadog:

Monitoring and Analysis:
• Monitor network and system performance using Datadog tools.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues and network bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability and availability.

Troubleshooting:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Datadog tools and related infrastructure.
• Provide support for network and system issues detected by Datadog.
  • Experience Nice to have: Network certification such as Cisco CCNA and 3 years of hands-on network engineer experience
