Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop suitable interventions.
- Use standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information.
- Create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team.
- Establish measurable goals and objectives that align with individual needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implement therapeutic interventions addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain regular contact and follow-up to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly, in compliance with company policy.
- Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care.
- Engage in community outreach to promote our mental health services and attract new clients.
- Connect clients with additional resources and support services.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices and treatment modalities in mental health therapy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- At least two years of experience working with children and families, including internships.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
