Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay/Shift/Additional Information:
  • Pay: $28 to $33 plus Shift Premium Below
    • $1.50 for 2nd shift hours and $1 for 3rd hours
    • Monthly Incentive program (BONUS) - at the end of each month the company looks at tonnage, downtime and quality of parts. They then create a percentage and will give out a bonus check from to its employees. The percent can range from 0-10% of gross total hours worked by each employee.
  • Shift: 7PM - 7AM
  • Weekly pay
  • 401k match up to 4%
  • Insurance starts 1st day of next month after they are brought on direct.
  • Will be given uniforms
  • Steel toe reimbursement after 90 days up to $100 and then after that every 9 months.
  • Opportunity for OT, other maintenance employees may need the extra time off
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires dual trade technicians responsible for maintaining overhead cranes, slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, augers, and secondary equipment like pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, and drives. The role also involves PLC reading, electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, preventative maintenance, and general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance on overhead cranes, slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers.
  • Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, and drives.
  • Read PLC HMI and trace down issues from the print.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480v for single and three-phase systems.
  • Utilize a multi meter for checking blown fuses.
  • Execute preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Fabricate various equipment within the plant.
  • Perform MIG and Stick welding.
  • Maintain forklifts and lifts.
  • Conduct general building maintenance.
  • Work at heights up to 35ft to 40ft for facility maintenance tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delta, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
