As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, helping them navigate our wide range of products, from baby essentials to school preparation items. You will play a vital role in creating an inclusive atmosphere where every family feels valued.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become a product expert to assist families in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product features and benefits.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and team members.
  • Lead your team in executing store strategies and maintaining service standards.
  • Act as a Leader on Duty, addressing customer concerns and driving sales results.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
  • Recognize and celebrate your team's exceptional performance.

Physical Requirements:
