- Track and Report Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent advancement towards their goals.

- A genuine passion for helping others and a drive to assist individuals in achieving their utmost level of independence.
- Effective, compassionate communication skills with both patients and fellow team members.

- Access to clinical mentorship and developmental resources.
- Utilization of top-notch tools, facilities, and documentation systems.
- Engagement in quality improvement and innovative projects.
Your Role
In this role, your impact goes beyond merely addressing symptoms - you will rehabilitate routines, re-establish confidence, and rekindle joy in everyday life. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation to helping orthopedic patients reclaim their mobility post-surgery, you'll employ your expertise to deliver person-centered care that inspires resilience and autonomy.
This isn't an environment for shortcuts or checkoffs. Rather, it's a space where every patient symbolizes a unique story, and each therapeutic session scripts a chapter in their recovery journey. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-develop rehabilitation plans that celebrate the individual behind every diagnosis.
Why You Will Love This Team - and the City That Inspires You
We have cultivated a unique culture here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't just show up for work - we motivate each other, share insights, and celebrate victories together, no matter how small. You'll discover a workplace where your voice carries weight, your personal growth is prioritized, and your contributions are recognized every single day.
Plus, there's the backdrop: Chicago, a city that promises a lively urban experience filled with diversity and opportunity. Forget mundane office settings - immerse yourself in a place where historical architecture meets stunning waterfront views, and culinary delights from around the globe await at every corner. Enjoy world-class theaters, art galleries, and music venues that thrive in this creative hub, all while being part of a community that balances ambition with connection.
Your Ideal Match
We are in search of someone who views occupational therapy not just as a role, but as a vocation. A professional who feels a burst of joy when a patient regains dexterity, walks with newfound independence, or shares a long-silenced tale.
Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a new graduate just embarking on your career path, you'll flourish in our environment if you bring compassion, commitment, and a collaborative spirit. If the idea of combining exceptional care with an equally remarkable lifestyle speaks to you - your search ends here.
Join Us in Creating Something Remarkable
This is your chance to embrace a role that transcends a mere job title. Here, your contributions will shape lives, fuel recoveries, and restore hope. And you will do so in a vibrant city known for its energetic spirit and sense of community.
So if you're ready to evolve, contribute, and be immersed in a caring community - we are excited to meet you.
